Mosaic wall hangings

Every mosaic is made entirely by hand from natural coloured stone gathered across Jordan. The designs draw on the region's ancient floors, among them the Tree of Life of Jericho, with its fruit tree, lion and gazelles.

Mosaic floors

Floor mosaics and floor mats in natural stone, made by hand in the same technique as the wall hangings. This round medallion, with its wave, Greek key and sea-horse borders, was made in our workshop.

Carpets

Handmade carpets in natural silk, bamboo silk and wool. Carpet making has long belonged to Bedouin life, where weaving was the work of the women of each tribe, and much the same techniques are used today.

Arabesque furniture

Handmade furniture in the 200-year-old Damascus tradition: walnut wood inlaid with mother of pearl and abalone shell. Chests, cabinets, chairs, games tables and side tables.

Ceramics

Plates and vases shaped and decorated by hand, with floral patterns, Arabic calligraphy and motifs taken from the mosaics.

Jewellery

Handmade mosaic pendants, necklaces and rings, framed in silver or gold. Diamonds can be inlaid on request.

The counter also carries Bedouin silver, traditionally set with turquoise, coral and agate.
